One of my absolute favourite things to do is hunt down unique finds for my home, in particular for Max’s nursery. It’s a tiny room so I have to rein myself in at times, particularly now that everything has to be out of arms reach from tiny curious little hands.
I’ve found that there’s no better place than Instagram to find unique and beautiful ‘things’, made and curated by small businesses, and that’s exactly where I came across Hunter & Lola.
Hunter & Lola are a UK business, run by the lovely Tina who has developed a brilliant collection of custom home decor and nursery accessories – think dinosaurs and explorers, woods, felts and waxes (of the burning variety)…
I became a brand rep for Hunter & Lola back in May and used my discount to full effect, starting with the ‘superhero’ rain cloud for my friend’s new baby, a geometric dinosaur drop and a cute Sleep sign which hangs above his bed, in the hope he’ll start to read and take it as an instruction sooner rather than later.
In the name of all things wild, as per Max’s room theme, there’s plenty of Adventure inspiration including the teepee wall clock, the custom painted Little Man Cave flag (got!), the Adventure and Explore wall plaques and the fabulous Sass and Belle Cactus Chalkboard (light boxes are so last year).
Felt ball decor is signature Hunter & Lola, and the range is extensive, including garlands, cot mobiles and, best of all, wreaths (yes, Christmas!) All either custom made to your colour specification, or pre-made with a huge range of colours to inspire and make the decision easier! The Hunter & Lola range is expanding all the time and I know Tina has some exciting things coming up for the festive season, so head on over to check out the range and get your hands on a little bit of lovely.
