As always, a quick stop at Mamas and Papas this weekend ended in a bit of a spree – thanks to their up to 50% off sale (which I hadn’t realised was even on, honest) – and Max’s super Spring wardrobe has been expanded once again.
This two piece set caught my eye as soon as I walked in the door. It was all to do with the monochrome print on the leggings, I love a good print and this one will go with loads. The fabric is so soft – as it is with all of the Mamas and Papas clothes – and the details like the charcoal cuffs and waist band, and the the little stripe pocket on the top make it extra cute. A total bargain for a two piece at just £8, and Max landed himself the perfect Mother’s Day outfit (he was really excited).
I’d had my eye on this arrow print jumper since the start of the year – if anyone’s been following so far you’ll know that the tribal and arrow themes are big in Max’s nursery decor so this little jumper was basically made for him. Another one with the full 50% off at £8. It’s bound to sell out quickly so get one now if you’ve also been eyeing it up for a while.
I love the print so much I also picked it up in the khaki joggers, this time in a size 9-12 months so Max will be able to grow into them when the weather starts turning cold again. Only £5 for these bad boys, and I love digging out cute clothes that I forgot I’d bought a few months back.
While I was there I picked up the newest version of Max’s favourite book for a friend, the Bumble Bee Book. A fabric book with flaps and crinkles and mirrors and loads of bold colours and prints… it’s the only thing that holds his attention for more than a few minutes, even more now he’s realised he can put it in his mouth, and I love reading it to him (over, and over, and over….)
So if you’re due a shopping spree for the little’un, I’d definitely recommend heading over to Mamas and Papas to see what sale goodies you can get your hands on!
